Nurse Practitioners New

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, promoting wellness, and educating patients about preventive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medication and other treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and families
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in California
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Board certification (ANCC or AANP) in applicable specialty
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities
