• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with a focus on wound care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients through home visits, focusing on wound care treatments and assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations during home visits.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and infection management.
• Monitor and assess the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on wound care management and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatments.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
