Position Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA)

Location: Los Angeles, CA 91401

Schedule: Self-scheduling. Can adjust hours based on your schedule! (Ability to work 10-30 hours/week.)

Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of California.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with a focus on wound care preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients through home visits, focusing on wound care treatments and assessments. This role requires a commitment to patient-centered care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations during home visits.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Perform wound care treatments, including dressing changes, debridement, and infection management.
  • Monitor and assess the healing process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on wound care management and preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatments.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
