• Experience in primary care required

1. DEA with prescriptive authority required
2. FNP designation with AZ license eligibility
3. Experience in primary care preferred
4. Provider who is comfortable with all ages
5. Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

1. Flexible scheduling: 4/10-hour shifts offered
2. Neighborhood clinic treating all ages
3. Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support
