Physician Assistant - Hospital at Home New

GHR Healthcare is seeking Physician Assistants dedicated to transforming medical care delivery. Our mission is to provide high-quality nursing care and services, shifting advanced medical care from hospitals to patients' homes for superior outcomes.

Local Pay Rate: 95-100 HR (paid weekly and eligible for benefits if full time)

# of Needs: (1) full-time Physician Assistants

Shifts & Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts a week for 40 hours a week, Rotating weekends and they do In-home visits.

Responsibilities:

Serve as liaison between patients, and families, collaborating with physicians.

Conduct evaluations and develop acute care plans for home-based patients.

Deliver inpatient-level care at home, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Communicate effectively with patients and families, integrating their values into care plans.

Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Master's degree and current PA-C license.

Certification in acute care, ambulatory care, or related field preferred.

Minimum five years of PA-C experience.

Flexibility to work across shifts and days.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and empathy skills.
