Position Description

Location: Chula Vista, CA

City on the Pacific coast of California known for its beaches, parks, and warm climate. Home to the renowned San Diego Zoo, numerous art galleries, museums, and galleries.

Mission to improve health and well being of the communities we serve with access for all. Over 20 clinics and program sites conveniently located across the San Diego Area.

Opportunity: Primary Care APP

*Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

*Mix of Peds and Adults

*Required: Suturing and Casting, Electrocardiogram Spirometry.

*Ability to travel to any satellite facilities if needed

*Supervision of MAs

*2 years minimum of experience as a APP

*Active CA License, BC
